"Heart Savers" Diabetes Intervention Program

Stacy Berg, our Heart Savers Case Manager

Stacy Berg is the case manager for Indian Health Care Resource Center's Heart Savers cardiovascular diabetes program. Stacy was born and raised in Southern California and after graduating from college, moved to Portland and Seattle for several years. She eventually moved to Texas, and in 1995 she arrived in Tulsa. Stacy stays busy outside of work keeping up with her two teenage boys. In 1998, after being a stay-at-home mom for ten years, Stacy decided to return to school at OSU-Tulsa to work on a Master's degree in counseling. She is motivated to assist our diabetic patients reach their program and personal health goals. Stacy meets with patients and work together with them to develop lifelong healthy habits.
