|
Under general supervision, following established procedures, supports and administers as directed, network maintenance, implementation, organization, and troubleshooting. Monitor underlying communication protocols and support network hardware. |

Maintains system, installs new units, and makes modifications to the network system as required. |

Performs diagnostic tests to ensure integrity of system. |

Troubleshoots and assists users with any difficulties they may encounter. |

Is responsible for installation and maintenance of peripheral devices, including printers and scanners. |

Ads and maintains network user accounts as required. |

Works with the network administrator to review and analyze hardware and software needs and recommends changes and upgrades. |

Completes all required correspondence. |

Good understanding of existing network programs and capabilities. Strong workstation troubleshooting skills. |

Ability to work with both technical and nontechnical personnel to solve network problems. |

Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, good driving record and proof of valid liability insurance. |
|

Working Conditions |
|
OFFICE CLERICAL: Mostly sedentary. Must be able to sit in a chair most of the day to do the work. Must be able to maneuver the body while sitting and using a computer keyboard. Minimal standing, walking, bending, carrying of light items (up to 15 pounds) such as papers, books, files, and lifting of mail baskets and office items. May be required to carry small equipment like monitors, printers, faxes. |
